Straighteners work like a dream. I've had this iron before, but unfortunately left it on during trips to Canada. The straightener is perfect for straightening, curling and creating the long, loose waves that I love. The coolest feature was that it contained argan oil, which I ran out of with my last iron. The positive side of this was the 4 cylindrical blow dryer brushes that came with it! Now I can get closer to my hair roots when I blow dry my bangs. I prefer ceramic plates to titanium plates as they don't pull the ends of my hair. Will definitely buy again if needed! (I hope it's not soon!)
