Received it last night on 12/18/2020 and opened it immediately after seeing the damage to the box. To my surprise, nothing was damaged. Only time will tell how well I/my wife cook in it. The first thing that caught my eye was the hob. 50% do not touch the furnace, it is processed. Another problem is that a machined surface will not lay flat on the top glass plate. He's the one on the left in the photo. He rocks back and forth. NO INSTRUCTIONS on how/if the pots need to be healed. Bakery equipment is good! Really heavy and strong. I was disappointed with the steaming infuser, it looks like a large aluminum soda can, very thin. I cooked in heavy stainless steel pots and pans for many years when I was much younger. Then I got married and my wife couldn't keep her in later years. So we've gone through a lot of "so-called" non-stick aluminum pans. This morning I cooked on the left. I will update the post later.
