I like that it was tailored for me, as well as my team members! It is very interactive which makes learning fun.

We had no idea what we were doing at first but with each session our knowledge grew more than expected!! There's not much you can dislike about this program if they tailor their sessions specifically toward YOU & YOUR TEAMMATES needs/wants :) If there isn't anything in particular then its because everything has been great so far :). This coaching experience helped us grow individually professionally both personally AND BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS wise! Our confidence levels have grown tremendously since attending these training programs!! (The "Ardent" part) You will learn how be motivated by others when working together or even competing against one another ;) Also helps build trust between individuals within an organization / business relationship. ! Overall.
