stiff closure and opening

The last 2 in. or so of the closure is stiff so you have to really exert effort to close as well as open. It works fine except for the last 2 in. To avoid this I altered the install by shortening the extension and retraction to not include the last 2 in of the slide by putting a screw stop of the side of the cabinet to limit the travel of the drawer into the problem area. the down side is the drawer doesn't open as far but its fine for my use.
