The broom is cool but I'm tired of the handle falling apart all the time. I could just use super glue, tape, or some other creative method to keep the pen from falling apart, or I could buy a sturdy pen to replace the crappy one that came with it. but I will buy another brand that is slightly more expensive instead. the one where the ratings and comments say the handle is sturdy. There were no instructions for this broom either. Of course it is easy to assemble, but it seemed to me that this item was returned earlier, just put in a plastic bag and sent to another buyer. It seems to be a trend at Revain. EDIT: I decided to keep it and give it a try... it bent when I used it on carpet. nor have I used excessive force. Seriously bad design.
