We've had the air purifier for a few months now and overall it's excellent. Extremely sensitive to dust in the air, it quickly increases airflow to remove polluted air. This one is much more assertive when it comes to building than the other device we bought at the same time. The device is particularly good at catching fine soot from the fireplace in the living room that has accumulated in our tapestry (see video of how we move the tapestry). It's also fun to see one of the cats walk past the unit and see it start to change color, feel the dust/dandruff, and spin the fan faster. Washable pre-filters as they hold the main filter. from clogging up quickly, which saves money in the long run. This unit is very good for what it's designed for - it really keeps the dust out of the room it's in (it's a large living room). It's pretty quiet too. You can hear it on the highest setting, but it's almost a soft white noise, not too intrusive. Below top speed is pretty good. Aside from the fact that the black top controls tend to collect dust (like pretty much anything made of smooth black plastic), I'd also recommend the ultra-quiet mode. But I only like the silence when I'm sleeping. All in all it's a great device and we'll be buying another one or two in the near future.
