Decent quality but reference length
Wires appear to be good and bare ends will live in protected areas. The middle of the wire can be buried where there is solid black sheathing. But if the ends are anywhere near the water, that's your fault and any wire will have problems, especially CCA. You have to use it correctly. I disagree that this is the unadvertised 250ft. I've measured things and expected 30-40 feet more in my daily work. I was going to use the extra for a second job but ended up only having 2 feet left. Maybe this isn't always the case, but make sure you really got what you paid for.
