I didn't realize how short the barrel was. I have shoulder length hair and can barely curl it on a stick without overlapping. The trunk is not smooth and the hair does not slide easily - this can be both good and bad. I like it when the hair can slide a little easier. The iron has many temperature settings to choose from (1-15) but it doesn't tell you the temperature. Also, the power cord is very short - again, that can be a good or bad thing, depending on your preference. I come back.
