My 8 month old Dutchman loves bamboo sticks and the house is too small for my rabbit. He likes to jump on it, but that's the only use he has. Better for a small pet. There are 2 rabbits in the picture and that is totally impossible. Any small house I find for my rabbit is always too small, and Hollandlops are smaller breed rabbits so it's not clear why they offer this for every rabbit. I only gave it more stars because apart from the house being small and my bunny disliking most things everything is of decent quality.
