The accuracy is acceptable.
Nice little thermometer that looks good on the steering wheel and is easy to read. The only thing that makes it a little less reliable are the sensors that are mounted on the handlebars in direct sunlight. This of course results in it being displayed higher than the actual outside temperature. Still, it's worth considering as it looks good and gives you an idea of the temperature outside.
