I actually bought these for my elderly mom for a group. She had a similar Timex watch with an easy to read face that she liked, except she had small wrists and couldn't find a strap to match. She likes the watch as it is easy to read and the strap on this watch is easy to adjust as the links can be easily removed with the tool provided (although a nail or small screwdriver will also work). I managed to adjust the strap to fit snugly but not too tight and she is very happy with the watch. Based on the fact that her previous Timex watch was the same model and ran for years with no problems, I expect this one will last a long time. A great watch and bracelet at a low price makes this a great buy.
