Very Disappointed: Foot and Hand Care

I am very disappointed in this product. I melted 2 packs and the wax doesn't seem to contain any lanolin at all. I have purchased paraffin many times over the years and this is the worst product I have ever dealt with. My fingertips are just as cracked as they were before using this product. Please indicate what can be done about it. Many Thanks. K Byrne
