The buckle broke in the first 3 months
The belt buckle broke (the ratchet no longer works and does not hold the belt) within the first 3 months (two weeks after the return period was closed). There is no way to contact the seller for a warranty replacement.
Pros
- I have several ratchet straps and this new buckle allows me to look different by replacing them with other straps.
Cons
- The ratchet doesn't hold
