We hired them as consultants so they had more experience with our specific needs but I believe that their employees were extremely helpful in terms of giving us good advice when choosing products. They helped ensure all our services run smoothly even if one service was down or needed maintenance at some point during the year. Their support team is very responsive which made it easier for me to get answers quickly from someone who knew what they were talking about. For example i remember asking questions like "how do i configure this?" and receiving detailed responses back within minutes instead of days. Nothing really. In one instance where we had an outage, they handled it professionally without any issues after ensuring that everything worked okay again.
