We received this to install a new 50 inch flat screen in our basement to replace an old CRT (anyone need this?). In any case, the device is very basic and costs about half the cost of other devices I've priced. As others have said it is VERY heavy and durable which is GOOD! There is a small spirit level built into the unit (we didn't have the 6" spirit level as promised, but I still have a few). Of course, two people are required to assemble it. I found the bolts and drilled pilot holes. and then my 9 year old son screwed in the anchor bolts while i held the unit. With his help it was easy to install and works great. and I used the included hardware to start the setup. I then found that the flat screen we had purchased protruded too much at the bottom/curved back to sit flush with this unit. A quick trip to the hardware store for nylon washers (in the hardware/bolt box and washer section) and some longer bolts and I was in business. If your flat screen is flat on the back, this is not a problem. The HDMI cable was a nice bonus. All in all very recommendable.
