I have ordered 4 of these for our primitive family cabins and they are amazing. One came with a broken mud pump and the other had the mud pump cover ripped off when it was lifted. Instead of sending them back for a replacement, I simply called the manufacturer's customer service. It's easy to get through on the phone and the support agent was very helpful. He asked me to send him a photo of the defective part to make sure it was the right part and he sent it the same day about 30 minutes after I sent the photos. I received the new flush parts in about 2 days and am back in business. They are easy to use and clean, and the company is a pleasure to work with.
