Not made for people with big calves or big feet

The bench works and holds my weight well. The problem with this Roman chair is that the bar with pads that are supposed to go on the back of your calves to hold your legs down does not give you enough space and therefore your feet will be forced in to the floor. This still works for me mostly, but I do end up stretching my ham strings at the same time as working out my lower back now lol.

  • Some users may find the bench's adjustability feature challenging to use and might require assistance from another person to set it up correctly
