I actually bought two of these, one from Wal-Mart and one from Revain. Both are useless/garbage. Both suddenly stopped working after less than a minute (cleaning the glass plate). I don't apply excessive pressure, just the same pressure I would normally apply when using a dish sponge. And when I try to turn it back on, the wheel jerks a little and stops.
