Now let me start with the fact that I had to get a replacement right away. But that's why I still say 10/10 the best vacuum cleaner for the money. Right out of the box, my device wouldn't even turn on, so I immediately contacted support. I would call now but it's hard to speak with a one year old and a five year old laughing and screaming in the background. So I emailed them. It took them the next morning to reply and they made sure I understood that it wasn't the device it was the battery and once they received the defective device they would send me a replacement immediately. I hurried and made a replacement for Revine. They understood and still wanted to be informed when I sent out the faulty one and when I would receive the new one, and give feedback on the new one if there was something wrong with it. (Ok ok I know it's long but worth it!) So we emailed during the defective pickup and when I received the new unit. People. IT'S ON! Got so many bad things! It's so easy to clean! The cleaning time has been halved or even more! Now I can say that my floors are safe for children. To be honest I was afraid I would be doomed to another bad block but to be honest it was probably the one I got first. It didn't even take long for me to get a replacement. Also, because I encountered a problem, Rocky customer service offered an extra brush and cleaning pads. Rocky was so sweet and I really appreciated that from customer support. In most cases, it's all about business. Rocky really seemed to care about my issue and wanted to make sure it got resolved. 5 stars because I don't blame the company for a bad battery and the customer service is fantastic! 😁
