Communication through email was easy even across time zones in different countries due to quick replies from team members that were always available for questions or concerns we had at any given point during project implementation. At times there wasn't as much communication between teams working together which could have helped streamline some tasks/projects but overall I would say it's an ideal platform with great customer service! We are using this software mainly to build out a database system within one of their products so they can easily pull reports when needed throughout the day without having to switch over to Excel files or other programs like Access etc. It is also very user friendly and easy-to use once you understand how everything works. The ability to communicate via multiple channels such as WhatsApp, Skype & Email allows us access to all employees no matter where around Europe they may be located while.
