Review on Chef'n Stack'n Peel: One Size Multicolored Kitchen Tool for Efficient Food Prep by Crystal Thompson

Lightweight but gets the job done

Chef'n Stack'n Peel, One Size, Multicolored Considering it was three knives stacked on top of each other, I was surprised when I saw the Chef'n Stack'n Knife Peel first opened as they are very light. That scared me a bit. I didn't really understand how something so fragile could work well, but I tried. A straight peeler has done a good job of peeling carrots. It was sharp enough to cut through skin and get the job done quickly. I tried a straw blade, which I'd never used before, and after realizing I had to use quite a bit of force, he made some nice thin strips of carrots, perfect for a salad. I used a vegetable peeler. several times and they last. I still think they seem too light to last long, I hope I'm wrong.
