You won't find better machines and knives for Andis. i love their products. If my blades hadn't accidentally broken (when the scissors fell from where they were hung), I'd still be using the old ones. They don't wear out that quickly, although it's a good idea to change them from time to time. I try to change mine every year but it's not necessary if they still cut like they should. Very happy with the T-Blade replacement. The only thing that annoys me is that they were a day late! LLLLLLL! I mean don't tell me something will arrive by Wednesday, but it will actually arrive Thursday! LAUGH OUT LOUD! I went to my mailbox and was heartbroken! I should give you 4 stars out of 5 for your arrogance, but you're not making two mistakes right. (= 5 out of 5 stars. Hope this helps!
