Pink Phone is listed as NEW and ALL OPERATOR APPROVED WITH 1 YEAR WARRANTY. Based on the many reviews on this seller from people saying they ordered a new one but received a refurbished one, I was skeptical, but I was running out of options to get this phone new and unlocked, especially since all the sellers offering this Phone currently selling so are new, NOT registered. Samsung seller. I contacted Export Tek and they said it was brand new and unlocked on all media. I still had concerns when I received this phone, so I contacted Samsung to verify that it was indeed unlocked. It turns out to be a VERIZON phone. I contacted Verizon and they also confirmed that this is a Verizon phone and they don't know if it is unlocked or if they can unlock it. How can a phone be VERIZON and UNLOCKED? I've contacted Export Tek regarding this and was just told it's definitely unlocked. But being NEW and UNLOCKED and VERIZON at the same time makes no sense! I have contacted Samsung again and was told that the IMEI number on the phone I received shows that my NEW phone was indeed activated on July 11th 2019 and that it was NOT covered by the full one year warranty is covered because it was activated earlier. . I haven't opened the box, so I can't verify that it's actually unlocked. However, a phone that claims to be Samsung unlocked (but is actually a Verizon phone) and also claims to be new (but was actually previously activated) means this phone doesn't live up to my expectations based on the product details.**The refund was fully issued with no problems.**
