I bought it last year and played with it a little. I've recently started working on exercises to increase swing speed. After a session of 20-30 hits, which gradually made the instrument more difficult to activate, I tested the speed of my hit. My swing speed was 5 to 8 mph. The SwingRite tutorial will be part of my winter training program.
