Review on Efficient and Modern: Fine Fixtures Dual Flush One Piece Toilet - A Complete Solution by Brandon Peters

Revainrating 5 out of 5

So far happy with this toilet

Purchased to replace a toilet that had its tank cracked by freezing water earlier this year. Bathroom space in our 1957 Spartan Imperial Mansion was very limited. The tank width worked great here. This is our guest accommodation so we hope the toilet seat (in particular) will last up to £300 for visiting relatives. PROS: Made in China and the quality was way, way better than expected; easy installation, beautiful aesthetics; The seat is much sturdier than expected and doesn't feel like plastic, but neither does it feel like wood. The seat is MUCH larger than the original toilets in these trailers (parking model). The toilet in our own 1956 is still original and very small so size perspective is everything... Compared to what etc. Not sure why others are complaining about the size of this toilet. CONS: The Insta installation guide that came with the toilet is incomplete and useless. Fortunately, the installation instructions that can be downloaded from Revain are complete. It looks like the toilet will have to be removed if the plumbing needs to be replaced, so have a spare wax ring handy! Helpful advice on waterline length would be appreciated where possible; ours was too long so we bent it into a circle so we didn't have to remove the toilet to fit a shorter line. We haven't connected the water yet because the toilet isn't used in winter. We will update this review in Spring 2022 once we can turn on the water and fully appreciate the toilet at that time.
