Don't worry I'd still call it red
The skirt is decent, definitely short but I was expecting it and still wanted to wear leggings. My only real issue is that the fabric is actually a little bit orange. It's not scary, I'd call it red too, but that's not the color in the picture. It is rather faded at the waist. I don't really regret it, it will be Disneyland fun, but in hindsight I don't think I would have paid $13 for it. Fits well although not a flashy bun top, I'm 155.5'8".
