Buy wider than your window pane
This was my first time applying tint. I bought the mirror look for a couple of indoor windows. I didn't do much research before purchasing and learned the hard way that you want to buy film that is wider than the pane of the window so it applies all in one go. I had to patch my pieces together which doesn't look as nice.The direction that the film comes with are vague. I would suggest a youtube tutorial for clarification. But once I figured out how to get the two layers apart everything went super smooth. Can't yet speak to the effect on my room temperature, but the application process was fine.
