Review on 📶 Netgear Unite AC770S 4G LTE Mobile Wifi Hotspot: High-Speed, Multiple Devices, WLAN Anywhere, GSM Unlocked - Black by Matthew Mosley

I bought this year and I bought a SIM card and a SIM card came with it. I called &t to set it up. I don't have an account with them, they checked my social security number "4 times" (hard search) which messed up my credit badly. No matter how many times I told them I was creating a PAY BY DUE ACCOUNT for a NETGEAR HOTSPOT (credit not verified), the clerk still didn't know what I was talking about. I hung up, called, spoke to another person and the same thing. Spoke to the supervisor and again didn't know what I was talking about. Told me I need an AT&T ACCOUNT to set up this hardware. No matter how many times I told them they didn't need my social network, every person (including the boss) kept telling me that I couldn't get any help from them without providing my social network. Then send me a letter explaining why I am not eligible for your services based on my credit history. I have not applied for credit benefits! Now I've run out of $59.99, the cost of a SIM card, and useless gear. AT&T is the worst cell phone company I've ever dealt with, having employees who know nothing about devices and services aside from the usual cell phone account settings working for commissions. So if anyone wants this device for FREE let me know. It's useless to me.
