Well I have had this bottle of Forskolin (1 month supply) since 7th June 2019 and started using it about 3 days later. I tried taking 2 capsules 1/2 hour before breakfast and lunch. ; sometimes I only take 1 capsule a day and several times at noon and in the evening. Today, July 14th, I only have 18 capsules; However, I have lost at least 7 pounds. and the belly looks better every day. These capsules seem to help a lot in getting rid of belly fat.
