This stuff is amazing, worth every penny. Our cat fractured her pelvis and lost bladder/bowel control. Then our dogs started tagging indoors because of their smell. We have tried all means to remove urine. It's the only product that FULLY removes odors from all surfaces: sofas, beds, hardwood floors, carpets, tile floors and grout, dog litter, towels, yoga mats. He even got the smell from the deep, stained foam pillows. Got rid of foot odor in shoes, dog odor in our SUV, mold smell in washing machine and basement, frying smell in kitchen (atomizer in the air). A few badly soaked spots required two treatments, and everything else only required one. You clean up any mess, then spray/pour it in and let it dry/evaporate. After that, it just smells clean, it has no heavy odor. I didn't remove the stains on the light colored carpet, but the smell was completely gone. You still need to steam the dirty stain. I do not recommend buying this atomizer because the cap is broken and does not spray. But the product is so good I went back to buy a gallon jug.
