I bought an SSD to use as extra storage for my netbook. However, when I plugged it in for the first time, I noticed that it already had video on it. I didn't think much about it and immediately formatted the device which deleted the file. I don't think the file was bad considering its small size. Most likely, the video served to check the performance of the device. Therefore, other customers simply format the device before using it. If there was no file left on the device I would rate it 5 stars.
