Nice hand mixer. It was well packed. The kit includes 3 types of nozzles: 2 flat, 2 dough hooks and 1 whisk. It comes with a plastic storage case (no lid). It has a pleasant light blue color - not sky blue, but greenish blue, beautiful. It is very durable and the different racquets are well made. I had trouble installing flat racquets. There are no instructions other than "Distinguish between left and right kneading paddles, a flat beater does not need to distinguish between sockets". But no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't insert the second mallet. In the end I removed both and swapped them, and then it worked. So it looks like you need specific links and rights for flat beaters as well as dough hooks. Each of them has an extra "edge" on the stem that distinguishes it from the real thing. Once plugged in and powered on, it worked flawlessly. There are + and - buttons for speed and digital display (0-9). There is a P key that stands for "Turbo" (or "Power"). Hold to increase speed and release to return to previous speed. The buttons are black on black, so they're hard to read, but once you know which button you want, you probably won't look at it much. The blender will stop working after 5 minutes of continuous operation. To eject the mallets you can simply pull them out or press the button on the top to eject them. My initial feeling is that they might not be very safe there because you can easily pull them out without any extra effort. I'm not sure how well they hold up to a very thick ball of dough.
