Sunpak tripod 620-060

I've read a million reviews and almost all said you pay what you get. Therefore, choosing a tripod was a big problem. I didn't have much money, but I didn't want to buy a tripod with a toothpick. The one I wanted didn't come free so I looked for tripods that came with it. I considered all the reviews of various tripods and I am very happy with this tripod. it feels solid when it's on. There are lighter tripods, weaker tripods! I like the weight of it. I don't feel like I have to worry about the fan blowing it out. The camera angle knobs need to be loosened for smoother panning etc, but I can twitch a bit. I do not mind. I liked the handle for the plate, which is easy to tighten and loosen. If necessary, the legs can be adjusted to different lengths. I was afraid to screw the plate all the way into the camera so with some shaking it won't be 100% secure on the plate but as I said I didn't screw it all the way in. I gave this 4 stars. I took off a star because the height adjustment knob and rail look like they will break easily. So just take your time with these parts and you will be fine. If you are looking for a cheap but not flimsy tripod for everyday use, then this is definitely for you. I felt like a pro just taking it out of the box. I'm 5ft 4in so the height was even more perfect. I bought this for my Nikon Coolpix L820 camera (great camera). I don't plan to use a tripod often, but it's handy for shooting short videos anywhere. I will put it back in the box until I need it again. Great deal for the money
