Review on MIhi by Erik Sanders

I like how easy it was for our team members who were not familiar working within an employee management software to get up to speed quickly because of its intuitive features that allowed them to learn their way around easily without having any training sessions or coaching! Our department has been using this program since 2013 but recently upgraded to version 4 which made some things much easier/quicker than before such as managing vacation requests & approvals.

There really isn't anything i dislike about mahi at this point however there are still areas being worked out by the development teams so we're confident they will continue making improvements over time. We've seen significant efficiency gains from implementing mahi within our organization - especially related to reducing manual processes related to onboarding new hires, resolving pay issues etc.
