Not only was this product damaged because it was bent and some parts were missing, but it also required A LOT of assembly with little to no instructions. Each crystal should be hung with a tiny metal hook that you put in a hole, bend and attach to the tiny holes in the base of the mount. You just have to figure out/guess which parts go where and what. There are so many pockets to open! There wasn't enough detail to complete the light so I just had to leave holes where the crystals were missing. The chain is SO LONG and there is no good way to hang it. It's beautiful but so much tedious work I didn't expect. I would not order this again.
