Updating overview. Reading all the other reviews it seemed like a lot. They sent a chimney with the wrong legs. After more than half an hour of trying to screw, there is no support number, just email support. Will update as soon as I either get help or send the correct legs to install. UPDATE 8/1/2021. After leaving my review and honestly didn't think it would be resolved, it was dealt with immediately. Your staff in return are fantastic and even sent me a second fireplace with the right legs and checked every day to make sure I received shipping information and was happy with my purchase. Things happen but the most important thing for a company is how they fix it and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The product is now 100% great, looks great and keeps my basement warm. Ideal.
