If you want Alexa to work every time
I was having trouble with Alexa turning on the TV. Alexa turned them off but didn't turn them on. For months I've been going back and forth trying to help SmartHings, help Samsung support, help support and nothing. I finally found this device and it works great even on my non-smart TV.
