Very light, perfect drilling. Clamps and screws are of good quality. I love that it can be rotated onto the bed and when your tailgate latches it effectively latches at the angle required for removal. The only downside is using it to move the bike. I had to unscrew the plastic end brace and remove the rods, insert the brace into the mounts on the bed, and then screw the clamps back into the plastic brace. This is because you cannot rotate the extension while the bike is in the bed and you cannot load the bike with the extension installed. It's best to have a portable drill with a torx bit and a fat philips bit on hand, and the whole process is fairly quick. Of course, if it could be rotated it would not be the same effective anti-theft device, so overall very satisfied. with this purchase.
