The software is simple, easy to use, has a good user interface and the support team is very responsive and always ready to help. I haven't found any downside to this software. I would highly recommend this product for our school district. We were able to implement this software quickly with no problems or errors. This helped us track attendance, as well as other important data in our district. It also provided an alternative method of grading students by providing our teachers an "easy access" way of seeing what their grades were without having to look at each sheet.
