It makes it very easy to track all of our sales data in one place! We can easily see what products are selling well or need more attention from customers/sales associates etc. The customer service has been great too - they have always responded quickly when we've had questions about their product (or even after purchase!)The only thing I don't like so much is how difficult it sometimes is for us as store managers to get access to certain reports if needed at times. But this isn't something you're going to be able to do anything about unless your account rep works directly with them instead of an intermediary third party agent who may not know everything there is to know about your business needs. This program allows me to view my daily transactions right away without having to wait until close each day which saves time.
