So far so good. The case appears to be of good quality. I've read some complaints about the zipper but mine looks pretty solid. I will update this review if they break. The case material is very durable and the carvings appear to last for years. I use mine to store OP-Z, a music device. For those wondering, this case is great for OP-Z. The height is comfortable and the case is slightly longer than the device, but the edges of the case are reinforced and stiff, so the device is very well protected (including the fragile power button). With the device inside, there's an extra half inch of depth inside the case that you can use to store cables, manuals, or even pens! Due to the stiffness of the edges, you probably can't squeeze the case less than an inch, so keep that in mind when considering ultraportability/compactness. But I think it's a great size for travel. There is also an additional zip pocket on the front which is very useful. Inside the case is a divider that can be detached and reattached to the side so it doesn't get in the way.
