Works well and the USB charger charges my original Xbox360 controller batteries better than the play and charge cable that always thinks , my old battery is completely discharged. No, batteries don't last that long and I think the 4800mAh label on them is a lie. The originals were 900 and lasted longer. This Xbox sits in front of my exercise bike and I only need them for a few hours which they do and now I have a bunch of batteries to swap out if needed. A great way to keep an old system for a year or two.
