The hat does not fit well on my rather small head. The material reminds me of something you would buy at at novelty store as a party favor or to complete a costume. The price, I guess, was OK for the price. Attempted to wear it once, but changed my mind before I left the house. I Looked silly. Will probably donate it to Goodwill.
