I received both bottles so no problem. The directions say to take 1 tablespoon in water. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN ONE. Trust me, my body has never cleansed itself as fast as when I took 2 tablespoons about 6 hours apart. You won't leave the bathroom. You will be awake because you are afraid to fall asleep or you might get dirty.
