Inexpensive and works as advertised. Used devices were made available despite previous reviews in which the quality was criticized: everything worked perfectly. Just drill a pilot hole. The belts stay tight while driving. Put it on and drove 300 miles on the freeway and it was as tight as if it had just been tucked in. Would suggest an upgrade. How about clips for easy on and off? It's quite a hassle having to unbuckle and rebuckle the straps every time you access the back of the truck. Maybe you get that if you pay more? Result. Looks good. Works as advertised. Good price.
