The ability to have all my contacts in one place makes it easy for me as an admin of multiple teams at once! It is also very simple to use and can be set up easily without any training or help from anyone else. I wish there was more customization options but that's just nitpicking really because everything works well enough. If you're looking for something that will make your life easier then this app has got what you need.
