This carrier is big enough for a big cat but will crush two medium sized cats. Thanks to the clasps, it is very easy to disassemble and store away. The latches have holes so you can use zip ties, rope, etc to make sure they don't pop open accidentally and not because they're loose. The locks are secure when locked, I didn't have to worry about any of them opening. The carrying case is an unfortunately flimsy plastic, lightweight but not cheap. As with most plastics, the fact that they are brittle (i.e. malleable) does not mean they are cheap or break easily as the holder is very strong when assembled. its size, there were "scuffs" where it looked like the rear end was dope over the pavement. It didn't hurt the functionality, just surprised. Since I don't know if it's factory or warehouse, I deduct 1 star. I generally consider getting another one in case I need to take both cats somewhere. I would recommend it to family and friends.
