Image quality is lower than most standard monitors and grainy. The buttons don't have labels, so you'll have to guess or read the manual to use them. It loses connection to the HDMI input and turns black. If the screen goes black even though it's on, you can't see the menu options when you press the keys, so you can't see what you're doing when you try to change the inputs. I have worked with many monitor brands over the years. This is the worst thing I've ever seen.
