I want to love this product because the bottles are so cute and I was happy to give them to my customers but I just can't. There are definitely quality control issues. You need to assemble all the parts by yourself. It wasn't that difficult, but when I finished I found I was missing a glass bottle and had an extra dropper. Also, the glass pipette pieces were not the same size. I had a pair that wasn't long enough. I haven't added any liquids to them yet, so I can't comment on how well they actually work, but so far I'm a bit disappointed. The price is not bad, but if the description says I get 50 pipettes, I expect 50 good pipettes. If you need exactly 50 I would advise ordering 2 to be on the safe side.
