I use this to juice the lemons and limes that are in my meal kit. There's at least one of these in the set every week, so it came in really handy because I didn't have one before. It really helps a lot, it helps me get a lot more juice and it's not that hard to squeeze to get as much juice as possible. I also like that it keeps seeds from getting into my dish. This is the main reason I got this, to keep the seeds away and to be able to get fuller juice out of the fruit. I am very happy with it and give it 5 stars.
